Support

Before you get in touch

  1. Look in Troubleshooting. Many problems are about DNS, ports or e-mail settings.

  2. Check which version you run: admin portal → System Updates, or

    bash
    grep eurion_version /opt/eurion/deploy/generated/group_vars/all.yml
  3. Collect information as described in Collecting information for a support ticket.

Contact us

Send an e-mail to support@eurion.se.

A ticket portal at support.eurion.se is on its way. Until it is available, use e-mail.

What we want to know

  • The organisation's name and the server's domain (for example example.se).
  • Eurion version.
  • What happened, when (time and time zone) and how many users are affected.
  • What changed just before: update, changed configuration, restart, network changes.
  • Error messages word for word or as a screenshot.
  • The file from the information collection, and the log for the service that misbehaves.
  • For a failed update: the log from System Updates → Log, or /opt/eurion/logs/upgrade-<time>.log.

Never send passwords or secrets

Never send secrets.yml, /opt/eurion/compose/.env, /etc/eurion/updater.json, backups or passwords in plain text.
